HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1 - Choose the design you love.

Then contact PAPER DATE and tell us.

 

 

STEP 2 - We'll be in touch.

Based upon the collection you love, we’ll email you an artwork order form to complete. This does not tie you in to anything and there is no obligation to go ahead.

 

The artwork form asks for all the essential information we need to to create your artwork and give you an accurate quote. To help fill the form in, we’ll send you a variety of PDF’s showing you all our paper, envelope and print and text options. Although the information sheets are pretty comprehensive, we are always on hand to answer any questions you may have!

 

We are happy to send you out FREE paper samples if requested to give you a chance to colour match the samples and for you to feel the quality of the paper. Please note that your samples will not necessarily be the correct thickness of paper, but will hopefully help you in your decision making.

 

 

STEP 3 - Design time.

Once we have your form and we know exactly what we are creating for you, we can send you a quote for your stationery. If you are happy with this quote and want to go ahead we require a 20% deposit* to create the artwork for you.

 

Then we’ll add all your information to the chosen design and edit all the colours and text so your wedding stationery is now exactly what you want! You will receive PDF’s via email for your approval. We require a maximum of 15 working days for design.

 

 

STEP 4 - Print and Production

Once you’re 100% happy with your stationery design we’ll send you an invoice for your final stationery. Once payment has been made, we can start making your beautiful bespoke wedding stationery!!  We require a maximum of 15 working days for print and production.

 

 

STEP 5 - Delivery

Once your wedding stationery is finished, it will be packaged up carefully, securely and beautifully to be sent out to you via courier.

 

 

 

*this is 20% of your order total excluding any delivery changes. So say your order comes to £500 in total, we’ll need £100 deposit to create the artwork for you. This 20% is deducted from your order total, so there will be £400 left to pay excluding delivery charges. If for any reason you decide to not go ahead with your order, the 20% deposit in non-refundable. Our preferred method of payment is via BACS transfer. Our account details are on the invoice we’ll send you.
